Hi, I'm Alexander — an IT Support professional currently living in Thailand.

Originally from Germany, I've been living and working in Thailand for several years while continuing to build my experience in IT support and operations.

Over the years, I've worked in fast-paced environments where reliability, communication, and problem-solving are essential. My work has included assisting users, resolving technical issues, managing devices, and helping ensure that daily operations continue without interruption.

What I enjoy most about IT is the combination of technology and people. Whether it's diagnosing a technical problem or helping someone regain access to a critical system, I find satisfaction in turning challenges into practical solutions.

I believe good IT isn't just about technical knowledge.

Patience, clear communication, and a calm approach are often just as important — especially when someone is already frustrated by an issue.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time exploring Thailand by motorbike, discovering new roads and places along the way. I've also developed an interest in photography and video creation, documenting landscapes, rides, and memorable moments from my travels.

I'm naturally curious and enjoy learning new things — both in technology and in everyday life.
